Comprised of two 802.11ax Wi-Fi modules, each of which can be configured as the router or satellite, this tri-band wireless mesh network kit is designed to deliver up to 10,756 Mb/s throughput over the 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, and uncongested 6 GHz bands with compatible devices. With that much bandwidth, you can simultaneously watch 4K videos on multiple devices while playing games on another. Don’t worry if you don’t have any Wi-Fi 6E devices yet. The 6 GHz band can be used as a dedicated frequency for the ZenWiFi Pro ET12 modules to communicate with each other, giving you full use of the 5 GHz and 2.5 GHz bandwidths. The two modules provide up to 6000 square feet of coverage, and you can expand it by adding another module system. Wireless mesh networks operate using a single network ID (SSID), and connect devices automatically switch to the modules with the strongest signal. So, you can seamlessly move from room to room without interrupting your signal. Other features include 2.5 Gigabit WAN and LAN ports to take full advantage of multi-Gig internet services and devices. You can use the ASUS mobile app to quickly set up and maintain your network, including setting up a guest login for visitors. The ASUS ZenWiFi Pro ET12 also supports voice commands through Amazon Alexa devices.

Featuring 10 carefully angled internal antennas and a 2 GHz quad-core processor, the ASUS ZenWiFi Pro ET12 is designed to deliver up to 4804 Mb/s speeds on both the 5 GHz and 6 GHz bands in addition to 1148 Mb/s on the 2.4 GHz frequency. Beamforming, MU-MIMO, and OFDMA technologies help to provide strong, long-range connections to compatible devices, supporting up to 12 simultaneous streams.
Multi-Gig Wired Connectivity
The 2.5G WAN port allows you to take full advantage of multi-Gig internet services while the matching 2.5G LAN port provides high-speed connections to compatible devices such as computers and network attached storage drives. There are also two Gigabit Ethernet LAN ports that can be combined using link aggregation for higher throughput to compatible devices.
Flexible Backhaul
The 6 GHz band may be dedicated for communication between ASUS ZenWiFi Pro ET12 modules. Or you can connect the modules directly to each other using an Ethernet cable. Using the automatic mode lets the system choose the best connection based on your environment.
